You can print your own posting pack which includes; posting insturctions, free postage label and packing slip.

OR

You can elect for us to ship your posting pack to you, we will do this within 48 hours of receiving your quote.

The pack will include; posting instructions, free posting satchel and packing slip.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of phones. We recommend that you send any high value units via registered post to ensure successful delivery.

Forgetting to enclose the packing slip, when posting your phone(s), is not a problem providing you listed the IMEI(s) in your order.

Our system is able to locate your order via the phone(s) IMEI(s).

The information captured from customers is kept confidential and will only be used to process the order/transaction and to offer any assitance in completing the order/transaction.

Order Process

Once your online order is placed, we'll post you a sale pack within 48hrs. If you have not received this pack within 5 days, it may have been lost in the post.

Please check that we have your correct address and contact us to arrange another pack to be sent.

Type the name of the model in our dynamic search engine here milkmymobile and select from the models that appear. Follow the easy to use steps to 'milk' your mobile and get a quote for your phone.

You can find out by going to our 'How it Works' page.

Yes. Your order is valid for 14 days from the day you have registered online and got a confirmation email with quote reference number. After 14 days we will send you an email to let you know that your order has expired and you will need to resubmit a new quote.

You have plenty of time to get your phone off to us, but we do recommend that you do it as soon as possible. That way there's less chance of your order expiring, and the sooner you receive your payment!

Once you place an order with us, we will give you 2 options on how to send your handset(s) to us.

You can either print your own postage label off (we pay for the postage) and send it immediately, or ask us to send you a postage pack (we pay for the postage and satchel) which will include everything.

Once we receive your phone, we will inspect it in our inspection facility for any faults.

If all is well, we will confirm your order and process your payment.

There may be occasions where our inspection team may find faults with your phone that you have not declared during checkout.  This will affect the price we can offer you and therefore will will submit a new price to you based on these faults.

We offer two payment methods - Cheque and  Bank Transfers.

We’d never thought you’d ask. Once received and tested we will confirm the final value of your offer for you to accept and provide payment on the same day.

We'll send you an email to confirm payment has been sent. You can also log into the ‘Your Account’ section of the page to see the live status of your phone in the ‘milking’ process.

We post all payments via 1st class post. If your payment has not arrived within 5 days, it may have been lost in the post. In this case, please use our 'Contact Us' page and we'll reissue payment.

The good news is - yes we can reissue a replacement cheque.

The bad news is - a £7.00 charge will apply and will be deducted from the cheque value. This charge is to cover the fee we are charged by our bank to cancel the lost cheque.

Please log in the 'Your Account' area of our website.

Please select an order to view order details.

If you realise you have made a mistake, please use our 'Contact Us' page or email support@milkmymobile.com and we'll happily correct your order.

If upon receipt of your phone(s) we find you have entered the wrong model, condition or quantities, we will amend your order and email you a revised offer. You will then have 5 days to accept the offer or have the revised handsets returned to you free of charge.

Handset Questions

Yes, you will see through the ‘milking’ process the price you receive for phone will be based on a number of tests.

By providing accurate answers to the questions asked you will receive an accurate offer for your phone. Thus there are no hidden deductions like other used phone buyers.

No. We check every phone via CheckMEND, a crime protection database, to ensure that phones are not barred or registered stolen.

Seriously? Did you ask that?

There are a growing number of counterfeit phones in the UK market.

These phones look very similar to genuine products but are illegally produced and may prove to be dangerous to use. We do not accept any non-genuine products

We would love you to ‘milk’ as many phones as you want, so go for it.

The IMEI number is a 15 digit serial number unique to each and every phone. If you've kept the box the handset came in, check that.

Alternatively you can ask your phone to tell you itself: it'll display its IMEI on the screen if you enter:

*#06#

A 15 digit number should be displayed.

If you cannot find your phone, please use our 'Contact Us' page or email support@milkmymobile.com with the phone details. We will then write to you within 24 hours with a quote for the phone.

Not always as simple as 1,2,3....finding your phone model can sometimes be tricky.

On most phones the model is normally printed on the product label which can be found on the back of the phone.

Otherwise locate the 'settings' section on the phone and look for the 'about' and a model or product code should be provided. Plug this into 'google' and your model will appear in the search results.

We accept both brand new and damaged phones listed in our dynamic search. Please check out our 'Terms & Conditions'.

If your phone is blocked, it is likely it has been reported lost or stolen. We do not purchase blocked phones. If you are the rightful owner of a blocked phone, we suggest you contact your service provider to have the phone unblocked.

We accept network locked phones.

Although we recommend (if possible) you have it unlocked before delivering, as in some instances you will more value for your phone.

We reset all devices when received.

Though, we do recommend you remove all your personal data before posting your devices.
